Processing times
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from our European fulfilment centre.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the UK and EU takes 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Orders above the applicable threshold qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products can only be returned if faulty. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned items.
